W. Jane Lane

Jane Lane, age 84 of Canton passed away on February 17, 2016. Jane was born in Springfield, Indiana to James C. and Elowene (nee Tower) Houk on October 10, 1931. She is the loving mother of her son, Richard (Danette) Lane; proud Grandmother of six, Great-Grandmother of five and, the dear sister of James (Ninette) Houk.Jane was a member of Praise Baptist Church and all who knew her, all knew how much Jane loved the Lord.The family will receive visitors at Praise Baptist Church, 45000 North Territorial Road, Plymouth on Saturday, February 27th beginning at 10:30am until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:30am. A private committal service will take place immediately following the service at Riverside Cemetery in Plymouth where Jane will be buried next to her parents followed by a luncheon to be held at the Church.Memorials may be made in memory of Jane Lane to the Alzheimer's Association, Greater Michigan Chapter, 25200 Telegraph Road, Suite 100, Southfield, Michigan 48033-7443 or Praise Baptist Church, 45000 North Territorial Road, Plymouth, Michigan 48170.
