He was born in Dearborn on February 14th, 1957 to his parents Dennis P. & Grace L. (nee Tekela) O'Neill.
Timothy is predeceased by his parents, brother Kevin and sister Maureen.
Timothy is survived by his brothers Brian & Terry O'Neill.
