Thomas Stephen Kelly passed away at St. Mary Mercy Hospital in Livonia, on Friday, January 27, 2012, after a brief illness. He is survived by his brother, Brian Kelly, and his sister, Kathleen Kelly. A Memorial Service is being planned for a later date.
