Thomas Ruszkiewicz, age 76 of Canton, passed away on November 3, 2020 in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Tom was born in Detroit, Michigan on June 10, 1944 to his parents Mack and Caroline Ruszkiewicz (nee Czyzowski).
He married the love of his life Cheryl Lawrence and together they built a family and spent 54 years of marriage together.
Tom was a proud veteran of the United States Armed Forces having served honorably in the U.S. Army from 1963 to 1966.
He enjoyed playing corn hole, golfing, gardening and fishing, but most importantly Tom cherished attending his grandchildren's activities.
Tom is survived by his loving and devoted wife Cheryl Ruszkiewicz of Canton; children Thomas (Leslie) Ruszkiewicz jr. of Detroit, Christine (Brian) Dickson of Farmington Hills and Randal (Anna) Ruszkiewicz of Chelsea and and his son-in-law, Steve Dickson; grandchildren Tyler Dickson, Zachary Dickson, Emily Dickson, Allyson Ruszkiewicz, Justin Ruszkiewicz, Emma Grace Ruszkiewicz & Caleb Ruszkiewicz; siblings Jerrilyn (Keith) Camp of South Lyon & Mack (Blanca) Ruszkiewicz of Kemper, Texas.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Mack and Caroline Ruszkiewicz.
Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home 280 South Main St, Plymouth on Saturday, June 19th from 10:00am-12:00pm with a memorial service to be celebrated at 12:00pm following the memorial gathering.
