Thomas Patrick O'Rourke

Thomas Patrick O'Rourke passed away Monday, March 7, 2011 at the age of 75. Born February 22, 1936 to James Charles and Mary Ann O'Rourke. He is survived and greatly loved by his wife Mary Ellen, children Kathleen(Scott)Moore, Molly(Steve)Guikema, Thomas(Colleen)O'Rourke and Erin(Justin)Allen, grandchildren Megan and Danny Moore, Ella, Aidan, Jack and Colleen Guikema, Maggie Allen and James Thomas Allen due in July. Dear brother of Marge Gilboe. Late brother and sisters, Dorothy Rosso, Marie O'Rourke, Jane Gallagher and James O'Rourke. Tom was a retired manufacturers representative. A member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, Ancient Order of Hibernians and the V.F.W. He loved to travel and garden. He especially loved spending time with his family. "He loved to just have his family around him"

Funeral Services will take place Saturday, March 12, 2011, 1pm at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, 47650 N. Territorial Rd., Plymouth, with visitation beginning at 12:30pm. Friends may visit at Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main St., Plymouth, Thursday 4-9pm and Friday 2-9pm. Memorials may be made to the V.F.W. (Veterans of Foreign Wars) Post 6695.
