Thomas Michael Kral

Passed away at St. Mary Mercy Hospital on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at the age of 73. Tom was born in Detroit, Michigan the son of William and Aileen (Dillon) Kral. Tom graduated from Catholic Central and attended the University of Detroit receiving an Associates Degree. He served with the United States Army in Germany from 1958 - 1960. Upon his return he married Judy Dart and they would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this coming Friday. They lived in the Plymouth area for over 42 years and he worked for General Motors retiring in 2000 after 33 years of service. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Monaghan Chapter. He is survived by his wife Judy and his children Kevin (Beth) Kral and Karen (Mark Lersch) Kral. Also surviving are two grandchildren Rachel and Natalie and siblings Carol (John) Budzinski and Gerry (Diane) Kral. Visitation will be held at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth on Thursday from 4pm - 9pm. Visitation will continue on Friday from 10am until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30am at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, 47650 North Territorial Road at Beck Road, Plymouth.
