Sid Greenberg
October 12, 1931 — January 7, 2019
Samuel “Sid” Greenberg, age 87 of Plymouth, passed away on January 7, 2019.
Sid is the beloved husband of Yvonne (nee Shook) Greenberg, and they have been married for 48 years. He is also leaves behind his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Robert (Sharon) Shook and sister-in-law, Sharon Robinson. He will be greatly missed by his many nieces and nephews.
Sid proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He enjoyed the Michigan winters and was an avid skier. Besides the sport of skiing, he was also a devoted University of Michigan football fan.
The family wishes to express sincere appreciation and thanks to Angela Hospice and staff members who provided the loving and compassionate care and dignity to Sid at the end of his life.
Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth on Friday, January 25, 2019 from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the Memorial Service at 1:00 PM which will be officiated by Father Thomas Belczak.
The family requests memorial contributions be made in a Mass offering or to Angela Hospice, 14100 Newburgh Road, Livonia, Michigan 48154.
