Sandra Engel

Age 64, of Dearborn Heights, passed away on April 5, 2011. Born to parents Edward and Jane Bertrand on March 15, 1947. Married her beloved husband David Engel and together they were blessed with three loving children: Lori (Matt) Hoener, Frank (Jill) Engel and Jody (Michael) Bartnicki. Proud grandmother of Taylor, Carly, Connor, David and McKenna. Dear sisiter of Sharon Bertrand, Edward E. Bertrand and Dennis (Sandra) Bertrand.

Sandra had a love for all animals, she worked for the Allen Animal Hospital in Livonia for over 26 years. Her greatest joy in life was her family and especially her grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral service Saturday, 10:00am with visitation beginning at 9:00am from St. Michael Lutheran Church, 7000 N. Sheldon Rd, Canton. Friends may visit at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main St., Plymouth, Friday from 2-9pm. Interment Oakland Hills.
