Rosemary E. Zuberi

Rosemary E. Zuberi, of Plymouth, passed away on July 31, 2011. Beloved wife of Habib for over 48 years. Loving mother of Shaheena Zuberi and Shahnaz (Bill) Broucek. Proud grandmother of Alayna, Hannah and Billy Broucek. Dear sister of Helen Pavlak, Nancy Boone and Susan Tidwell.
Rosemary was born in Pana, Illinois, to parents Arthur and Mary McClain. She was her class valedictorian at Pana High School. A proud member of Phi Beta Kappa, she was also th former president of the Faculty Dames of Central Michigan University and the International Relations Club. She also had the honor of receiving the National Science Scholarship. Rosemary was a devoted member of the First United Methodist Church of Plymouth.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11:30am from the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth. Visitation Tuesday from 6-8pm. Interment at Knollwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, 1471 E. 12 Mile Rd., Madison Heights, MI 48071, or to the Plymouth Rotary Foundation, P.O. Box 5401, Plymouth, MI 48170.
