The Sun Rose on Ricky Edward Perry November 15th, 1968, in the heartland of Kansas City, Missouri. Ricky was known for his big heart, he was also a church going man and a member of Divine Deliverance Ministry in Flint, Michigan. He loved everyone very deeply and his loyalty couldn’t be broken. He always encouraged everyone to be their best and to chase their dreams. He was a music enthusiast that loved gospel, Run DMC and New Edition. Ricky enjoyed reading in his spare time. He loved to learn, he read anything that was historical or scientific. Ricky was a Bricklayer; he built foundations as he did in his life relationships. The sun set on Ricky Edward Perry September 27th, 2015. He is survived by his sole daughter Khadjah Perry. He is also survived by sisters Emma Perry Garrett and Pamela Perry. Nieces: Chanelle Garrett, Tiffany Garrett, Teosha Perry, Cherrell Perry. Porscha Jackson. Nephews: Tyrone Jackson, Tony Jackson, and Kevin Goddard. Uncles: Lee Williams, Archie McClain, Charles White. Aunt: Maxine Perry. He also leaves behind 8 great-nieces, 2 great- nephews, and a host of cousins. In death he is preceded by parents Ruthie Mae Perry and the Reverend Rudolph Robinson SR., grandparents Emma Perry Williams and Jasper Perry. Also preceded in death: Aunts: Darla Williams, Erma Baker, and Samella McClain. Uncles: Jewel Allen, Marty Folks, Samuel McClain, Larry Dixon and Cousin Veronica Baker. Ricky’s beautiful soul will be forever carried on in the hearts of those he touched.
