Rich Burger

Richard Alan Burger, age 58 of Traverse City and Plymouth, passed away on August 30, 2019. Rich was born in Ypsilanti on April 6, 1961 to his parents, William and Carol Burger. He was the beloved brother of Deb (Mike) Brown and Sandy (Jack) Birdsall. Loving uncle to Sara (Cory) Gillner, Kelly (Jarrod) Hoehn and Eric Birdsall. Rich is preceded is death by his father William Burger.

Rich had a great personality. His close family, nurses, and anyone he would encounter, would say he was an unforgettable guy. Rich enjoyed listening to music, but one of his favorite things to do was play video games and board games with his nieces and nephew when they would come to visit. Rich is deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home on Monday, September 2nd from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 3rd. Family and friends may begin visiting the funeral home at 12:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 PM.
