Raymond G. Johnson

Raymond G. Johnson, age 87 of Atlanta, Michigan and formerly of Plymouth, passed away with his family at his bedside on November 6, 2014. Loving husband of 67 years to Joyce (England). Beloved father of John (Ruth) Johnson, Barbara (Lyle) Downing, Don (Brenda) Johnson and Mike (Wendy) Johnson. Proud grandfather of 8 and great grandfather of 13. Dear brother of Dolores Simonds. Mr. Johnson proudly served in the United States Navy during World War II.A longtime Mason and member of the Plymouth Rock Lodge # 47 He loved antique cars, fishing, wood working, golf and especially spending time with his grandchildren. Visitation Wednesday, from 4:00pm-8:00pm with a funeral service at 6:00pm at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home 280 South Main St, Plymouth. Burial and full military honors will take place on Thursday, 11:00am at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
