Peter David DiSalvo Jr., of Plymouth and formerly of Detroit, passed away November 2, 2016 at the age of 63. He was born in Detroit to Pietrino and Mary (nee Lockert) DiSalvo Sr. Peter is survived by his wife, Georgia (nee Estep) DiSalvo, his children Peter (Danielle) DiSalvo III, Rachel (Dave) Pigg, Reyna (Tom) Konesky, and Jules Muck, his step children Julie (Parker) Metz, and Joshua (Alecia) Downey, 17 grandchildren, great grandchildren Josslyn, and Tyler, his mother Mary DiSalvo, and his siblings Joanna (Jim) Wallace, Virginia (Gary) Wurts, and Mario DiSalvo. Peter was preceded in death by his father Pietrino Sr., his great grandson Liam, and his sister Tina Louise DiSalvo.
Peter was a loving husband and father who truly lived life to the fullest. He loved to garden flowers, build and remodel, and his hot rod. Peter also enjoyed traveling and ballroom dancing. He was a spiritual man who truly loved the Lord. Peter was greatly loved and will be deeply missed by many.
Visitation for Peter will be Friday, November 4, from 2-8pm at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main Street, Plymouth, 48170. His Funeral Service will be Saturday, November 5, at 11am at the Funeral Home. Family and friends may begin visiting at 10am.
