Noreen Sheila Blahovec

Noreen S. Blahovec, age 93 of Plymouth passed away on February 12, 2024.  She was born in Dearborn, Michigan to her parents, the late Hannah (née McCarthy) and Thomas O’Connor.

She is the the beloved and devoted wife of the late Norman Blahovec who passed away on October 12, 2010.  She is deeply loved and will be greatly missed by her dear sister, Eileen Hunt.  

Noreen is the loving and devoted mother of her three daughters – Barbara Dowling, Patricia Sovinski and Joanne Fogleman.  Noreen is also the proud grandmother of Matthew (Jackie) Dowling, Aimee (Justin) Hollis, John Zahodne, Katie (Ahmed) Morsy, Connor Sovinski and great-grandmother of Jacob Dowling, Mitchell Dowling, Andrew Dowling, Emma Dowling, Ainsley Hollis, Jamison Hollis, Mikey Morsy and Finny Morsy.

Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth, Michigan on Saturday, February 17, 2024 from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 P.M.

Noreen will be laid to rest alongside her beloved husband Norman at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield, Michigan.
