A beloved wife, daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend, Nicole Therese Stroyan left this world at the age of 32 on February 23, 2023.  Born in Detroit, Michigan on November 5,1990 to parents David Stroyan and Yvette (Craig) Becker, Nicole grew up in Wixom, Michigan where she attended Wixom Elementary, Sarah Banks Middle and Walled Lake Western High Schools.

Nicole peacefully passed away surrounded by loved ones after a 3-and-a-half-year battle with brain cancer. It was important to her that her medical team at the University of Michigan Hospital could use her case to study this terrible disease, so she participated in a clinical trial medication and after her passing, donated her brain for research.  This was not the only selfless act this young woman performed, she also volunteered at the Cat Cafe in Ann Arbor and with her own funds made care packages for the homeless.

She had her real-estate license and worked in the mortgage industry.  Nicole enjoyed traveling and had a passion for photography, but she mostly enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Nicole leaves behind her husband, Anell Eccleston; father, David Stroyan; mother, Yvette Becker; stepfather, Craig Becker and grandmother, Reta Hall.  Also, she is survived by her siblings Nina Stroyan, Dana Stroyan and Lucas Stroyan.

When you think of Nicole, celebrate the good memories you have of her. Remember that life is fragile and should be lived to the fullest.

A Celebration of Life is being planned and will be held at a later date.
