Neva M. Schultz, age 92 of Livonia passed away on March 23, 2016. Neva was born in St. Clair, Michigan on December 30, 1923 to her parents, Harry and Thirza (nee Beach) Jones. Neva was the beloved wife of Lloyd Schultz. They were married on August 21, 1948 for 28 years when Lloyd went home to be with the Lord on March 7, 1977.
Neva was a homemaker. She loved working outdoors and took such loving care of her garden. She was also a long-time, dedicated member of Rosedale Gardens Presbyterian Church of Livonia. She was well-known and loved by congregation members whose lives were touched by Neva.
She is the loving mother of Kent Schultz and Karen Schultz and dearest sister of the late Beatrice Crothers and the late Archie Jones. Neva is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit Saturday, April 2nd 12 Noon to 1:00 p.m. at Rosedale Gardens Presbyterian Church, 9601 Hubbard, Livonia until the time of the Funeral Service at 1pm which will be officiated by Reverend Arthur Oberg. Neva will be laid to rest next to her husband, Lloyd at Highland Cemetery in Ypsilanti.
