Natalie "Nancy" Morman

Natalie "Nancy" Morman, age 92 of Plymouth passed away on August 30, 2021.

Nancy was born on May 7, 1929 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Her parents Harold and Martha (née Slack) Baluss preceded her in death. She is the beloved wife of the late Marcus A. Morman. She is the loving mother of Susan Marie Morman, Stephen (Laura) Morman and Peter (Mary Faber) Morman; proud grandmother of Benjamin Morman, Marcus Morman, Elizabeth Morman, Gabriel Morman, Jack Morman and Eliza Morman; and sister-in-law of Susan Marlene (the late William H.) Morman. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth Kurtz

Nancy was raised in Palmyra, Michigan and was a longtime resident of Plymouth, Michigan where she and Marcus raised their family. She was married to Marcus for 36 years until his passing. Nancy was deeply committed to her children, grandchildren, and all her extended family. She enjoyed her numerous trips with Marcus and her family throughout North America and especially remembered fondly the times they shared in the National Parks where Marcus worked for many summers. She was a devoted supporter of classical music throughout her life and could often be found at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra or a Concert in the Park or other performance in the Plymouth area.

Nancy was a proud Nurse, having graduated from the Henry Ford Hospital School of Nursing and attaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wayne State University, and working at Henry Ford Hospital and University of Michigan Hospital. She was a dedicated friend to many and especially cherished her decades-long friendships with her classmates from the Henry Ford Hospital School of Nursing. Nancy's priority was always displaying compassion, empathy, support, and kindness in her interactions with family, friends, and all whom she met. She always took a sincere interest in with whomever she engaged and is lovingly remembered by all those she touched.

Friends may visit at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth on Friday, September 3, 2021 from 3:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 4th at First Presbyterian Church of Plymouth, 701 Church Street, Plymouth beginning at 11:00 A.M.
