Nancy Jane “Dinky” Fabbri, 78, formerly of 41300 Greenbriar Lane, Plymouth MI died Wednesday, February 20, 2013, at home while in the care of Angela Hospice and her family. Nancy was born April 16, 1934, in Ironwood, Michigan, daughter of the late Arthur and Pearl (Clemens) Thomas. She attended L. L. Wright High School in Ironwood, Michigan and graduated in 1952. She then worked at National Metals Bank in Ironwood. Nancy enjoyed crocheting and reading. She married George Alfred Fabbri on February 27, 1954 at St. Ambrose Church in Ironwood. While residing in Plymouth Nancy took a job as a clerk with the Respiratory Therapy department at St. Mary Hospital in Livonia, Michigan, retiring in the mid 80s. She is the beloved wife of George Alfred Fabbri, also survived by Arthur J. (Kim), Michael (Cynthia), Joshua; Donald R. (Beth), Amy (Jon), Jason (Shannon), Ryan; George C. (Leslie), Chase, Carly; Annette (Gary), Jacob (Blythe), Sarah; Karen (Dan) Matthew, Madeline, and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2013, at St. Kenneth Catholic Church, 14951 N Haggerty Road, Plymouth MI 48170. Visitation is from 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Mass will immediately follow.
