Mildred P. McAdam passed away March 30, 2016 at the age of 89. She was born April 21, 1926 in Minonk, Illinois to Cloyd and Irma (Jones) Phillips. She was preceded in death by her husbands Frederick Stokes and Joseph L McAdam Jr. She is survived by her children Phil Stokes, Joe (Karla) McAdam, Don (Sylvia) McAdam, Bob McAdam, Sam (Gina) McAdam and Nancy (Tony) Stokes-Veit and her grandchildren Crystal (Jason) Mohler, Ryan McAdam, Matthew McAdam, Cole McAdam, Jack McAdam and Mandy McAdam.A Memorial Service will take place Saturday, April 23, 2016, 10am, at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Decatur, Illionois.
