Michael Thomas Bellaire

Michael Thomas Bellaire was born on May 5, 1970, in Detroit, to Joanne (Elston) and Gordon Bellaire. He fell into the loving arms of his mother in heaven on October 3, 2022.

He is survived by his father, Gordon (Geri). He is also survived by his siblings: Jim (Maryanne), Margaret (Charlie) Harris, Gayle (Mike) Killingbeck, Tim (Andrea), Ellen (Joe) Elliott, Ed (Lisa), and the little red caboose, Helen (Rich) Pianowski. He leaves behind 15 nieces and nephews and several great nieces and great nephews. He will be missed by his cats, “Jack” and “Sammy”.

Mikey had a lifelong love of cars. When he was a tot, his Matchbox collection was his pride and joy.  As an adult, his collection morphed into the larger variety with three Indy 500 pace car/parade cars, one of which was the 1970 convertible.  He always looked forward to a good card game and spending time with his friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on May 5, 2023.  Details will be announced at a later date.
