Mary Margaret Maxey, age 93 of Westland , passed away on August 30, 2020.
Mary was born September 11, 1926 in Cedar Springs, Michigan to her parents Lynn B. and Margaret M. Stout (nee Hanna). She is loved and cherished by her children Jacky (Gerald) Wallace, Gregory (Maggie) Maxey; grandchildren Jayna (Jay) McConnell, Jeremy Wallace, Austin Maxey, John Maxey, Elizabeth Maxey, Jeff Maxey, Marie Maxey and several great-grandchildren. She is also dearly loved by her brother Robert Stout, daughter-in-law Susan Maxey & Sister-in-law Mary Stout. She is preceded in death by her sons Bradley & Jeffrey Maxey; brothers William & John E. "Jack" Stout and her sister Wenona Rose.
Those who wish to pay their respects to Mary and her family may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth, Michigan on Thursday, September 3rd, 2020 from 2:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. with a Funeral Service to be held at the Funeral Home beginning at 7:00 P.M on Thursday evening.
For those who cannot attend and wish to view the Funeral Service in the safety of their own environment, the funeral will be live streamed.

Please be advised that in observance of the Governmental Order from the State of Michigan and the current COVID-19 situation, when in attendance at the visitation and funeral service, we kindly ask for the safety and well-being of the families we serve and for your health, that everyone practice social distancing and consideration for other guests in attendance.
While general public is welcome to come to the visitation, the Funeral Service will be private for immediate family and by invitation only from the immediate family. Per the order of the Governor of Michigan, the Funeral Service must be kept to a maximum of ten (10) people in attendance. Please refrain from handshaking and embracing family members and one another. All those who attend the visitation or funeral service are also required by order of the Governor of Michigan to wear a face mask.
