Mary L. Rappette

Mary L. Rappette of Plymouth, passed away February 4, 2016, at the age of 81. Mary was born in Detroit, Michigan, to Edwin and Mary Catherine Tobin on August 22, 1934. She grew up in Chelsea, Michigan. On August 25, 1956, she married her beloved husband, the late Keith Rappette. In 1965, they moved to Plymouth. Mary is survived by her four loving daughters: Michelle (Brad) Blackford, Cheryl (Bob) McDuff, Renee Nilan (Ron) LeHue, and Janine (John) Moyer. She also is survived by her eight grandchildren: Nick, Alina, Allison, Madeleine, James, Chris, Kendyll, and Cole and her siblings Susie (Fred) Klink, and Martin (Janette) Tobin. Mary was a sweet and kind soul. She was a humble woman whose greatest passion was her family. Her greatest joy came from being with her children and grandchildren.
Visitation for Mary will be held on Friday, February 5, 2016, from 3-8 pm at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main Street, Plymouth, 48170. Her Funeral Service will be Saturday, February 6, at 11am, at the funeral home. Family and friends may begin visiting Saturday, at 10am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations, in Marys memory, may be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association, 912 Killian Hill Road, SW Lilburn, Georgia, 30047.
