Mary Kathryn Malecki

Mary Kathryn Malecki of South Lyon passed away on April 26, 2017. Mary was born September 18, 1922 in Detroit, Michigan. She is the beloved wife of Carl Malecki who passed away in 1981. She is also pre-deceased by her first husband, Donald Blavat who died in 1944 while proudly serving in the military.

Mary is the loving mother of Nancy (Joe) Bolda and the late Linda Parr.
She is the proud grandmother of five grandchildren - David (Miyali) Parr, John (Sandra) Parr, Michael (Kim) Parr, Joe C. (Danielle) Bolda, Kathryn (Alan) Byrnes; and 14 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her dear son-in-law, David Parr.

Friends may visit Monday, May 1st, 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. at St. Colette Catholic Church, 17600 Newburgh Road, Livonia. The funeral mass will begin at 10:00 a.m.

Mary will be laid to rest at St. Hedwig Cemetery in Dearborn Heights.
