Marianne Therese Schmidt

Marianne Therese Schmidt, age 82, of Plymouth, passed away on November 21, 2020.

Marianne was born in Detroit, Michigan on September 30, 1938. In 1959 she married Robert Schmidt and together they shared 60 years of marriage where they built a loving family until Robert's passing in 2019.

Marianne is survived by her children, Kim (Kevin) Carriere, Kathryn (Matt) Zelenak, Robert (Christa) Schmidt & Michael Schmidt; grandchildren Matthew (Nicole) Carriere, Megan Carriere, Emily Zelenak, Katie Zelenak & Zachary Schmidt; sister Rosemary Firestone as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.

Marianne will lie in state from 10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. until the time of her funeral mass at 11:00 A.M., all at St Kenneth Catholic Church 14951 N. Haggerty Rd., Plymouth, MI 48170 on Tuesday November, 24, 2020

The Schmidt family acknowledges that we're in the midst of a pandemic and truly understands if you are unable to attend the visitation and funeral service. They are sincerely thankful and appreciative of your support, thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
