Marianne Munro Della

Marianne Munro (Conrad) Della, age 52 of Westland, formerly of Plymouth and Byron, passed away on August 17, 2014. Loving wife of Wil. Beloved mother of Madysen. Dear sister of Kathleen (Scott) MacKenzie, Melanie Quinn, John Conrad and Matthew Conrad. Stepdaughter of Linda Stephens of Grayling, MI. Preceded in death by sister Cynthia Conrad, her mother Dianne Conrad and her father Michael Conrad. Marianne Received her Bachelors Degree from Central Michigan University. She retired from the Finlan Insurance Agency in 1998 after 14 years of selling insurance there. She was also a part-time special needs paraprofessional for Central Middle School ASD program with Plymouth-Canton Community Schools. She loved helping the children with special needs. Marianne especially loved her family, going north to the cottage and watching her daughter perform with the Pompon team. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 20, 2014, 11am, at St. John's Episcopal Church, 555 S. Wayne Rd., Westland. Visitation at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main St, Plymouth, Tuesday 3pm until 8pm and Wednesday at church beginning at 10am. There will be a Rosary Tuesday at 6pm led by Father Rob Kerr with sharing time thereafter. Interment will take place at St. Hedwig Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center, UMHS Office of Medical Development and Alumni Relations, 1000 Oakbrook, Suite 100, Ann Arbor, MI 48104
