Maria Vitale Juhasz

Maria Vitale Juhasz passed away June 17 at the age of 75. She was born in Detroit on December 25, 1942 to Nicolo and Antoinette (Zerilli) Vitale. She is survived and greatly loved by her husband Stephen, her children, Dana Juhasz, Sherri Petro and Stephen (Jennifer) Juhasz. She is the proud grandmother of Nicolo Anthony Juhasz, Rhea Savoria Petro, Lina Marie Petro, Vincent Juhasz and Savoia Juhasz and great-grandmother of Adrianna Maria Petro and Joshua Brock. Maria is also survived by her siblings, Joseph Vitale, Marie (Bob) Hoffman and Isabelle (Carl) Schultz.

Maria was a resident of Canton for over 40 years. She worked as an apartment rental manager for many years. She also worked as a bank teller, a waitress and most recently as a receptionist at Schrader-Howell Funeral Home. She was a member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Canton, where she religiously attended. She loved to sing and dance as she was always singing at home. She also enjoyed an occasional glass of wine. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. Maria is deeply loved and will be missed by many.

The Funeral Service will take place, Friday, June 22, 2018, 11:30 AM, at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 44800 Warren Rd., Canton.

Friends may visit at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main St., Plymouth, Thursday from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM. Rosary will be said at 3:00 PM Visitation will continue on Friday at church beginning at 10:30AM. Interment will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery.
