Margaret L. Piner

Margaret L. Piner, age 81 of Plymouth passed away on May 19, 2024. 

She was born on January 20, 1943 in Detroit, Michigan to her parents, the late Lucile E. (née Salvadore) and Francis Xavier Carbery.

Margaret is the devoted wife of the late Bill Piner; loving mother of two children – Patricia (James) Miller and Catherine (Shaun) Farley and proud grandmother Joshua Miller (U.S.M.C.)  She is deeply loved and will be greatly missed by her brother Daniel (Anna) Carbery, and her sister, Carol Dowler as well as many nieces and nephews.  She is pre-deceased by her brother Robert Carbery.

Margaret graduated from Wayne State University and later graduated with a Master’s Degree from Michigan State University.  She was a Teacher in the South Redford schools.

Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 from 4:00 P.M. until the Funeral Service beginning at 5:00 P.M.  Visitation will continue after the service from 5:30 P.M. until 6:00 P.M.
