Lucy Ann Miller

Lucy Ann Miller, age 86, died February 8, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Rev. Robert L. Miller, sister of Frederick Sistare (Liz) and Carol Robinson (David), sister-in-law of Richard Miller (June) and Grace Skinner (Calvin); aunt to several nieces and nephews. Loving mother of Meredith Whipple, Wendy Miller, Janice Webber, Gail Wambsgans (Fabian), Tim Miller (Norma); grandmother of Robert Webber (Erin), Kelly Evanoff (Nick), Nicholas Raley (Kelly), Elizabeth Raley (Dorian Compo), Jillian Hall (John), Melissa Miller, Tim Miller and Jessica Miller (Andrew Meixner); great grandmother of Kayla Miller, Anya Raley, Katherine Evanoff, Milla Raley, Gabrielle Webber, Alexander Evanoff and Lucas Meixner. During the last few years of her life she was gently, kindly, lovingly and faithfully attended to by companions Rita Taylor, Ayana Jones and Atavia Jones. She was creative, thoughtful, quiet, dignified, prayerful, spiritual, a comfort to others, a precious secret keeper who never judged but just loved. Her strong love and prayers touched countless people throughout her lifetime who will remember her with a smile. Visitation will be Sunday, February 13 from 1:00 to 8:00 pm at Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main St. in downtown Plymouth. The funeral will be at St. John's Episcopal Church, 574 S. Sheldon Rd., Plymouth on Monday, February 14 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers please send donations in her name to St. John's Episcopal Church at the address above.
