Lowell Thomas Sargent Age 81 On January 28, 2022, Lowell lost his brave battle with MSA/Parkinson’s disease. During those years, along with him was his wife, Vienna of 57 years, his children, Kelly (Lance) and Matthew, granddaughter McKenzie, grandson, Benjamin, and his brother, Dan and sister-in-law, Cheryl. Together they formed “Team Lowell” to help Lowell get through his hardest days with them by his side until he passed quietly.
Lowell was preceded, in death by his father, Charles, his mother, Ruth, sisters, Dorothy and Sharon, and brothers, Charlie and Raymond.
He is survived by his grandsons Jacob, Jeremy and Justin and his sister, Jackie.
Lowell loved living in Michigan and all it offers someone who loves the Great Outdoors. Lowell spent his fun hours fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, archery, sky diving, biking, hiking, camping, canoeing and loved tying his own flies. Many hours were spent around the campfire when Kelly and Matt were young telling stories, singing and eating S’mores with his trusty dog, Shad by his side. Lowell was in his element when he was surrounded by or was one with nature.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be sent to Howell Nature Center in Howell Michigan or to the charity of your choice.
