It is so hard to describe a person that was so filled with love and was so very much loved by her family and friends. She had a gardener’s heart – tending to her flower gardens and sharing her plants and knowledge. Even when she could no longer see the birds take flight, she still filled the bird feeders. You could not find a more caring person that was always thinking of others and had a hard time saying no to anyone. More than anything, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and took great pride in their accomplishments. We are very lucky to have had her in our lives. She will never be forgotten, because she gave us so many wonderful memories. Though she will be missed, our tears will eventually dry and just the thought of her will always bring a smile to our faces and laughter to our hearts.
No services are planned at this time. Interment took place at Evergreen Cemetery in Detroit, Michigan. A private memorial ceremony will be held on Friday, July 26th.
