Lillianna Raye Shull, of Woodbridge, VA, passed away Sunday February 20, 2017.
Our beautiful Lilli was born October 11, 2009 in Camp Lejeune, NC. Lilli spent the last 5 years and 8 months living with ATRT brain cancer and all of the long term side effects that go along with the treatments, procedures and medications she needed in that time. She brought joy to everyone who met her and was best known for her beautiful smile and her unforgettable hugs, given to anyone who got close enough to receive one. She inspired everyone who heard her story by remaining joyful and so strong despite her struggles.
Lillianna is survived by her parents, Major Michael Shull (USMC) and Jennifer (Flora) Shull, two brothers, Jack and Luke, of Woodbridge, VA; four grandparents: David and Mary (Weinley) Flora & David and Marian (Bridges) Shull, all of Canton, MI; two great grandfathers: Dan Flora of Roanoke, IN and David (Beverly) Shull of Lansing, MI; two great grandmothers: Virginia Weinley of Huntington, IN and Dorothy (Bridges) Schmitt of Hayward, CA; one great great grandmother, Leona Flora of Warren, IN; three aunts: Jill Flora, of Livonia, MI, Christen (Chad) Barrett of Westland, MI, Katie (Seth) Tschetter of Plymouth, MI; three uncles: Jeff (Natalie) Flora, of Northville, MI, Stephen (Rachel) Shull of Kailua, HI, David Shull of Naples, Italy & 6 cousins: Adelynne, Eli, Genevieve, Autumn, Hannah and Cole.
Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth on Sunday, February 26th 2pm to 9pm. A funeral service will be held at St. Kenneth Catholic Church, 14951 Haggerty Road, Plymouth on Monday, February 27th at 10:30am. Lillianna will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery, Plymouth.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in the family’s current state of residence, Virginia. Details will be provided by the family when available.
