Leslie Sue Lehmkuhl, 54, died Monday, October 1st, 2024, at U of M Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI following a courageous battle with cancer. Leslie faced cancer head-on like a warrior surrounded by the love and support of her family and friends.

Les was born and raised in Waterford, MI, and is the daughter of Diane and Gene Ryeson.

Les was known by all who met her as sweet, kind, loving, selfless, warm, friendly, fun, tireless, adventurous, creative, hardworking, and beautiful. Les deeply loved her family and friends - and would literally do anything for them. She also loved traveling the world, decorating and hosting for the holidays, shopping, making her home perfect, and a great glass of cabernet. She was very involved in her husband’s work life and cared deeply for his co-workers.

Les is survived by her husband Greg, son Brendan, daughter Brooke, father Gene Ryeson, siblings Ann-Marie (Jim) Wolfenbarger, Lisa (Paul) Parker, Kristin (JT) Ryeson, Rob (Kellie) Ryeson, and multiple (18) nieces and nephews.

Les is preceded in death by her mother, Diane Ryeson, and her “dawg” Peanut.

Celebration of Life will be held at Meadowbrook Country Club, 40941 Eight Mile Rd, Northville, 48167, on Sunday, October 6th, from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. (country club casual attire).
