Lawrence "Larry" Olson

Lawrence “Larry” Olson of Plymouth, died October 1, 2019. He was 69 years old. Larry was born in Northville, Michigan to Charles “Eddie” Olson and Geraldine (nee Burgett) Olson. Larry is the beloved husband of Janet and together they shared 49 years of marriage. Larry is also survived by his two loving children Derek (Elizabeth) Olson, and Melissa Olson, his precious grandchildren Karson Gregory, Madyson Gregory, Daniel McNeely, and Karter Olson, his cherished mother Geraldine Olson, and his dear brother Chuck (Linda) Olson. He was preceded in death by his father Eddie Olson.

Larry received his Associate’s Degree from Ferris State University and went on to be a Mechanical Contractor. After he retired, Larry spent time woodworking, golfing and fishing. More than anything, Larry enjoyed spending time hanging out with his friends and family.

A Memorial Gathering will be Monday, October 7, from 11am-2pm at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main St., Plymouth, Michigan 48170. His Memorial Service will immediately follow the gathering beginning at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Kids With Cancer, ℅ Knights of Columbus Hall 3292, 150 Fair St., Plymouth, Michigan 48170
