If you know who Barry Manilow is, you may know what a “Fanilow” is – a huge fan of Barry Manilow. She loved his music from the start of his career. She was a true “Fanilow” and was proud of it. Laura also loved going to the casinos. The environment was exciting and energizing – especially the colorful sights and sounds of coins constantly dropping from slot machines.
Lake life was a huge part of Oscar's and Laura’s life. They started off in a small cottage and graduated to a beautiful lake home in Farwell where they had many lake friends and many fond memories.
Above all of the fun things life had to offer to Laura, her family says she was a dedicated wife and mother. She cherished her husband, Oscar and their 60 years of marriage. Laura was a devoted mother and grandmother who was loved dearly by each and everyone of them. She had a unique relationship with each of them, and they will never forget the way she loved and cared for them.
