Kathleen Louise Schroeder

Kathleen L. Schroeder passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2001, at St. Mary Mercy Hospital in Livonia, at the age of 83. She was born in Detroit, Michigan, on July 13, 1927, the daughter of Nathan C. and Pauline F. (Turner) Stevens. She graduated from the Grace Hospital School of Nursing in 1947. In 1949, she married Allen G. Schroeder, who preceded her in death in 1989. Her life was devoted to her husband, children and grandchildren. She is survived for four children, Cynthia (Joseph) Tebor, Kenneth (Linda) Schroeder, David (Gala) Schroeder and Katherine Kuehnert. Eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and her sister, Mary Slaght, also survive.

Visitation will be held at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth, on Sunday from 1pm - 9pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, June 6, 2011, at 11am. She will be buried beside her husband in Riverside Cemetery in Plymouth.
