Karen Andrea Castino

Karen Andrea Castino passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 26, 2012. Karen was born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, on July 2, 1940, the daughter of Edward S. Gertrude (Lonegan) Glica. She worked at Castino Industries, an injection molding company which has two locations, one in Romulus and one in Arkansas. Karen loved to travel, especially where it was warm and where the "action was." Las Vegas was one of those special places.

She is survived by her husband, Robert, and children, Robert L. (Carrie) Castino Jr. and Susan Castino. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4pm - 8pm at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth. Visitation will continue on Friday at the Saunders-Dwyer Funeral Home, 495 Park Street, New Bedford, Massachusetts from 4pm - 8pm. A funeral service will be held there on Saturday morning with burial following at Rural Cemetery, New Bedford, Massachusetts. Because of Karen's love of animals, the family encourages contributions to your local humane society.
