Judy Dyer

Judy Dyer, age 75 of Plymouth, passed away on December 26th, 2016. Judy was born on June 8, 1941 in Plymouth, Michigan to her parents, Francis and Margaret (nee Bellaire) Walsh.

Judy is the beloved wife of the late James Dyer. Loving mother of 3 children – Jackie (Jay) Coury, Bill (Sue) Dyer and Jennifer (Jerry) Long. Proud Grandmother of 6 grandchildren – Jimmy Dyer, Shara Long, Shannon Dyer, Jordyn Coury, Josh Coury and Jenna Coury. She also is survived by her sister, Marilyn Mitchell and brother-in-law, Joe Dyer and also leaves behind her dog, “Maya”.

There is nothing like the love between a grandmother and her grandchildren. Those who knew Judy best, knew how much she adored her precious grandchildren. She also loved her “up north” log cabin in Little Bear Lake, Michigan. Fourth of July celebrations was a favorite time for her in summer and provided many fond memories for her to reflect on. Shopping at “Sallys” was also one of her favorite things to do.

Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth on Thursday, December 29th from 4pm to 9pm. There will also be a Prayer Service at the Funeral Home at 7pm.

Visitation will continue on Friday, December 30th from 10am until the time of the Funeral Mass at 10:30am at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, 47650 North Territorial Road in Plymouth.

Judy will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery in Plymouth.
