Judith Anne Mikaelian

Judith “Judy” Anne Mikaelian, age 72, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on September 10, 2021.

Judy is survived by her loving husband, Nick. Devoted mother to Nick Jr. (Nancy) Mikaelian, Lisa (Ben) Darling, and Michelle (Anthony) Schmitz. Cherished grandma to Dominick Mikaelian, Abbi Mikaelian, Maddie Darling and Ryan Darling. Dear sister to Patricia (Jack) Connelly, Stanley Krause, Christopher (Barbara) Krause and Kevin (Cathy) Krause. Beloved sister in-law, aunt, niece, and friend. She is preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Irene (Kolpacki) Krause.

Judy was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and a longtime resident of Canton. Michigan where she raised her own family. She was married to the love of her life for over 53 years. Judy was deeply committed to her children and grandchildren. She was happiest when spending time with her family talking and laughing together.

Judy was a proud nurse and was dedicated to caring for others. She displayed compassion, kindness, and support in all her interactions. Judy will be remembered for her kind heart, bright smile, and beautiful soul.

Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 from 2:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. There will be a Rosary Service at 7:00 P.M. Judy will be in-state at 9:30 A.M. until the time of the Funeral Mass beginning at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at St. Kenneth Catholic Church, 14951 North Haggerty Road, Plymouth.

For those who are unable to attend, the Funeral Mass will be live-streamed.
