Joseph W. Zielinski

Joseph W. Zielinski, age 98 of Northville, passed away on December 31, 2012. Beloved husband of 71 years to the late Elizabeth. Loving father of Barbara (Eugene) White. Proud grandfather of Deborah (Tod) Goslin, Michael (Life Partner Fred Spann) White, Joseph (Tayna) White, David Matthew (Betty Pucket) White and James (Julie Zonca) White. Great grandfather of Kaitlyn, Jillian, Thomas, Erin Lee, Melanie, Bryant and Bryce. Joseph was born in Kansas City, Kansas on August 8, 1914 to Walter & Anna Zielinski who recently immigrated from Poland at the turn of the century. In his early years Joseph worked with his parents on the family farm and his love for farming lasted until his final days. A funeral service will be held at St. Kenneth Catholic Church 14951 Haggerty Rd, Plymouth on Friday, January 4, 2013 at 11:00am with visitation beginning at 10:30am until time of mass. Friends may vistit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home 280 South Main St., Plymouth on Thursday from 3:00pm until 8:00pm with a Rosary Service at 7:00pm. Burial will take place at St. Hedwig Cemetery.
