Joseph E. Vos

Joseph Vos passed away suddenly on July 23, 2012 at the age of 43. Joe was born in Park Forest, Illinois, the son of Robert E. and Linda M. ( Bondie ) Vos. Joe loved to fish and golf and was a avid fan of the various Michigan sports teams. He served ten years with the United States Army, both state side and over seas. He served in Bosnia and Macedonia as well as two tours in Iraq. While in the Army he was a mechanic for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle. He is survived by his mother Linda Sicklesteel and his step-father Paul. His father passed away a few years ago. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be held at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main St., Plymouth, Friday, July 28, 2012, from 2pm until 8pm. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday at 11am with Pastor Drex Morton officiating. Interment will follow at a later date at the Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly.
