John Wesley Scott Sr.

John Wesley Scott Sr, age 81 of Dearborn, passed away on November 25, 2015. Born to William and Agnes on July 25, 1934. Beloved father of Lori Lynn Campbell, John Wesley Scott Jr, and Mark William (Kim) Scott. Proud grandfather of Nicole (Cameron) Bates and Evan Scott. Great grandfather of Colton Bates. Dear brother of William Scott, Robert (Joanne) Scott, Virginia Abercrombie and Ethel Nollet. Preceded in death by sisters; Margaret Hess, Betty Smith and Nancy Cook. John proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. John worked for the Veterans Administration in Detroit and Allen Park for 25 years. He enjoyed golf, bowling but above all else spending time with his family was his greatest joy in life. John will be missed by all who knew and loved him. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, Plymouth.
