John Spoutz

John Spoutz, age 82, passed away October 26, 2015, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He was born August 14, 1933, to John and Myrtle Spoutz, in Detroit. John was a graduate of the University of Michigan and was an avid fan. John also served his country in the United States Army. He loved spending time at his family cottage in Wisconsin ever since he was a little boy. John also spent his winters in Bradenton, Florida. John is survived by his loving wife, Linda, his children, Noreen (Jim) Barrie, Kelly (Gary) Sipple, 3 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, his sister Mary, and many nieces and nephews. John was also survived by his beloved dog, Magee who was able to visit him in the hospital many times. John was preceded in death by both of his parents, and his two sisters, Lenore and Sally. A Funeral Mass will be held in Johns memory at St. Kenneth Catholic Church, 14951 N. Haggerty, Plymouth, on Friday, October 30, at 10:30am. Friends may begin visiting the church at 10am. Visitation will be Thursday, October 29, from 4-8pm at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth.
