Joan Lee Young

Joan Lee Young passed away November 2, 2013 at the age of 89. She was born August 19, 1924 in Salem, Ohio. Joan is the beloved mother of Jill Andra Young, the late John "Jack" Young and the late infant daughter Patty Ann. Joan was formerly a receptionist/secretary at various small businesses. Most recently she was a Wardrobe Consultant at Walton Pierce in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. She was a great animal lover, particularly partial to dogs, especially her Shih Tzu Dusty. Joan was a frugal person and was always concerned about her daughter Jill's well being. She was a classy "Classic" lady, always well dressed and well put together. A Memorial Service will take place Sunday, November 17, 2013, 1PM at E.G.Nicks, 500 Forest Ave., Plymouth, followed by hors d'oeuvres.
