Janice Leah LaVigne

Janice Leah LaVigne, age 74 of Plymouth, passed away on December 17, 2016, after a two year battle with lung cancer. Born in Vincennes, Indiana on January 25, 1942 to the late Charles & Blanche Catt. Loving mother of Brett (Jennene) LaVigne, Kathryn (Michael) Priebe, Elizabeth (Robert) Thompson and Jennifer (Brandon) Courtney. Proud grandmother of Michael (Erin) Priebe Jr., Matthew Priebe, Harland LaVigne II, Kathryn, Robby, Owen and Haley Thompson, Wyatt and Holden Courtney. Great grandmother of Adam & Max Priebe. Dear sister of Charles (Phyllis) Catt, Peg (Dave) Keller, Diane (Bob) Gossom, George Catt and Michael (Debbie) Catt. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her brother Larry Catt.

Janice worked for several years for the Sunny J’s in Plymouth. Janice dedicated her life to God and her family. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home 280 South Main St, Plymouth on Wednesday, December 21st from 4:00pm-8:00pm with a Rosary service at 7:00pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, December 22nd at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church 47650 North Territorial Rd, Plymouth. Visitation will begin at church from 10:00am until time of mass. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
