Janice F. Chapman

Janice F. Chapman, age 84 of Livonia passed away on May 21, 2024.

She was born in Detroit, Michigan to her parents, the late Nancy Ann (née McClain) and Richard Erie Holladay.  Janice is the beloved and devoted wife of 63 years to Carroll Dempsey Chapman.  She is the loving mother of two children – Jeff Chapman and Donna (Todd) Grant and proud grandmother of Merlin and Elspeth Chapman; Madison Grant and Emily (Chandler) Ross. She was predeceased by her brother, Richard Calvin Holladay; and leaves behind her brother David (Arlene) Holladay. 

Janice grew up in Plymouth and graduated from Plymouth Highschool in 1957.  She was a member of the church of Christ West in Plymouth, Michigan.

Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home,  280 South Main Street, Plymouth, Michigan on Monday, June 3, 2024 from 2:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.

A Funeral Service will be held at Schrader-Howell on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 beginning at 11:00 A.M. and officiated by Bruce Harris.

Janice will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery in Plymouth.
