James E. Luker

James E. Luker of Taylor, died November 6, 2019. He was 75 years old. James was born in Detroit, to James and Pauline (nee Leybas). James proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He was an electrician and spent 51 years as a member of the IBEW. When James wasn’t working, he enjoyed fishing and was also a 4th degree black belt in judo. James was a super kind and generous man who will be missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be Saturday, November 9, from 12-2pm at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main St., Plymouth, MI 48170. The Funeral Service will begin immediately following the visitation at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Dementia Society of America.
