James Allen Fisher passed away February 21, 2018, at the age of 38. He was born September 3, 1979, in Ann Arbor, to Allen M. and Marion F. (Avery) Fisher. He is deeply loved and will be missed by his son, Joshua; Josh's mother, Becky Conover; his mother, Marion F. Fisher-Brinkman; his father, Allen M. Fisher; his siblings, Kim (Steven Geyer) Lovell, Krista (Tim) Fisher-Carnes and Steven Fisher. James is also survived by Marion’s husband, Don; his uncle, Gary Avery; his nieces and nephews, Lauren Lovell, Rebecca Lovell, Jenna Lovell, John Lovell, Brandon Austin, Ava Carnes; his great niece, Ella Borza; and his cousins, Kelly (Michael) Staton, David Miller, Paul Avery and Jo Avery.
Jim was the former manager for Epic Catering in Novi, Michigan. At one time he catered a meal where President George Bush was in attendance. He loved computers and was the family go-to guy for computer issues. He also love boating and was very musical. Jim played the saxophone and organ. During high school, he was in the Plymouth-Canton Marching Band. He was a sweet, amazing and kind person. Jim is loved by many and will be deeply missed.
A Funeral Service will take place Sunday, February 25, 2018, 5:30pm, at
the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main St., Plymouth. Friends may visit Saturday 3pm until 8pm and Sunday 4:30pm until the time of the service. Pastor Drex Morton will be officiating.
Memorials in Jim’s memory may be made to an education fund for Josh.
