James A. Rouleau

Passed away at Waldon Woods of Novi on December 21, 2010 at the age of 81. James was born in Detroit, the son of Harvey G. and Edith (Greshaw) Rouleau. He attended the University of Detroit obtaining a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering. He had worked for Massey-Ferguson in Detroit 1972 - 1982 then with the Department of Defence until his retirement in 1994. He married the love of his life, Helen in 1955 and togeth they shared 55 years of married life. Helen passed away earlier this year. The family resided in the Redford area most of their lives and attended St. Valentine Catholic Church. James is survived by his four children, Suzanne McAuliffe, Michele Rouleau, Greg (Rachel) Rouleau and Jeffery Rouleau. Also surviving our his grandchildren Mike, Kahley, Chelsea and Claire along with a brother and a sister. Visitation will be held at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth on Sunday, December 26, 2010 from 1pm until 9 pm. Visitation will continue on Monday from 10am until time of Fneral Mass at 10:30am at St. Valentine Catholic Church, 14841 Beech Daly, ( South of Five Mile Road ) Redford. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Contributions suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
