Henrietta Olds

Henrietta Olds passed away September 17, 2015 at the age of 79. She was born June 18, 1936 in Detroit, Michigan to John and Anna (Klepeck) Janicki. She is deeply loved by her husband Lawrence, her children David Olds, Michael Olds, Daniel (Kari) Olds, Dennis (Diana) Olds, Joseph (Shannon) Olds and James (Laurie) Olds and her granddaughters Grace and Avery Olds. She is the dear sister of John (Phyllis) (Late wife June) Janicki, James (Janet) Janicki, the late Joseph Janicki, the late Joanna Janicki, Thomas (Sherri) Janicki and Patricia Janicki Owens. Prior to marrying the love of her life, Lawrence, Henrietta worked at Burroughs Corporation. She has been a resident of Livonia since 1964 and was a member of St. Edith Catholic Church. She loved camping and gardening but most of all she loved being a mother. Her family was everything to her. She will be deeply missed by family and friends. A funeral Service will take place Wednesday, September 23, 2015, 10:30am at St. Edith Catholic Church, 15089 Newburgh Rd., Livonia. Friends may visit Tuesday 4 until 8pm at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main St., Plymouth, and at church Wednesday beginning at 10am. Burial will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield, Michigan. Memorials in Henrietta’s name may be made the Alzheimer’s Association.
