Hazel H. Wendland

Hazel Hulda Wendland, of Plymouth, died February 2, 2018. She was 105 years old. Hazel is survived by her loving grandchildren, Cheryl (Doug) Smith, Craig (Susan) Wagenschutz, Lon (Patty) Wagenschutz, Steven (Diane) Wendland, Colleen (Jon) Baumann, and Gary (Carmen) Wagenschutz; her dear great-grandchildren, Chad (Paula) Wagenschutz, Rebecca (Phil) Westgate, Philip Wendland, Renee (David) Staley, Matthew (Meredith) Smith, Ryan Wagenschutz, Erin (Mike) Marrs, Paige Kalisiewicz, Mackensie Kalisiewicz, Troy Wagenschutz, Josiah Baumann, and Olivia Baumann; and her 6 great-great grandchildren. Hazel is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Ernest Wendland; her children, Ronald (Carolyn) Wendland and Patricia (Al) Wagenschutz; and her granddaughter, Linda Harper.


Funeral Service will be Monday, February 5, 2018, 10:30am at St. Peter’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1343 Penniman Ave., Plymouth, 48170. Family and friends may begin visiting at the church at 9:30am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Peter’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, or to a charity of your choice in Hazel’s memory.
